Design Comes First

We don’t walk into a property and start tearing things apart. Every ORO project begins with a clear design vision—how the home should live, function, and feel. From layout to materials, every decision is made with intention before construction begins, creating a home that feels cohesive, elevated, and thoughtfully put together—not pieced together.
